We contacted Gemma because we have a high energy, extremely smart, strong, nutcase of a dog called Púca who didn't believe in walking nicely on a lead and thought every human and dog was an opportunity to play. Through the training we received with Gemma, not only do we have the confidence to walk our dog in parks again, it also affected her behaviour inside the house too! She's not reactive to dogs on the TV screen anymore, and thanks to Gemma's crate retraining plan Púca has put the longstanding differences that she had with the crate aside and tucks herself in when we need her too. Most importantly we felt 100% supported and comfortable the entire time and Gemma was really encouraging along the way. We'll be returning for socialisation training with Púca and the firework desensitisation training too because these training sessions have genuinely been the biggest help with Púca and also, the prices are so fair!!''
